Patrycja Bujarska psychologist

Psychologist, cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist in training, educator and specialist in the impact of social media on users’ mental health. In her work she uses Solution Focused Therapy (TSR) techniques, cognitive behavioural therapy and the „Kids Skill Dam Rada” and „I’m Proud of You” methods.


She graduated from the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Katowice with a degree in Psychology and completed the first degree course in Solution Focused Therapy (TSR) at the Integri TSR school. She has gained professional experience during numerous internships and placements, including: at the Day Psychiatric Ward at the Sosnowiec City Hospital, at the Psychological and Psychiatric Clinic of NZOZ PsychoMedic, at the Splot Institute for Psychotherapy and Sexological Therapy and at foundations: Social Education, Girls Future Ready and We Are Important. Parallel to her office work, she disseminates psychological knowledge through various social and media activities. She runs an educational profile on Instagram 70_thousand_thoughts, and has written numerous scientific and popular science articles for newspapers and portals, as well as two psycho-educational ebooks for young people: „The Great Instagram Investigation” and „That wasn’t in school”, in which she introduces readers to the topics of conscious mental health care and self-understanding of one’s own thoughts, feelings and emotions.
