Adam Elżanowski- psychologist, psychotherapist
Adam Elżanowski – psychologist, psychotherapist. Master’s degree in psychology, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (Certificate No. 500 PTTPB) and certified therapist of the European Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapies (European EABCT Certificate), in the course of postgraduate training – leading to certification as a supervisor, didactician in cognitive-behavioral therapy.
He has nearly 10 years of experience in clinical work, including work in day wards, mental health clinics (gained, among others, at the Mazovian Neuropsychiatry Center, Psychotherapy Center – day ward for anxiety and depressive disorders and PZP, Clinical Mental Health Center, Mazovian Bródnowski Hospital – day ward for treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, PZP).
In addition to clinical work, she is also involved in didactics. I cooperate with the Medical University of Warsaw (teaches classes with medical students, in psychology/psychotherapy, in English), SWPS University, (teaches psychotherapy to full-time and part-time psychology students), Cogito Laboratory (teaches a module on cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Cracow School of Psychotherapy). In addition, he himself organizes training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) psychotherapy and PTSD psychotherapy.
He is undergoing certification training in Schema Therapy at the CBT Center, has completed advanced training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment) therapy, ACT in trauma work (Russ Harris), DBT PE (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Prolonged Exposure) at British Isles DBT(Melanie Harned) and many others.
