A graduate of the Executive MBA of the French Institute of Management, she also completed a postgraduate course in Effective IT Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and a management programme under the auspices of the Harvard Business Review ICAN Institute. She has more than 15 years of experience in banking, including 12 years in managing people and connecting business requirements with IT solutions.Since 2020, she has held the role of Enterprise Architect Manager in the Digital Transformation area at Commerzbank with responsibility for Enterprise Architecture Process Management, Architect Development School.

She founded Women Netwok at Commerzbank, where she develops and supports women, leading workshops on stress management, communication and mindfulness. Developing and supporting people is a huge passion of hers, so she even spends her free time exploring her knowledge.

Privately, she is passionate about photography, sports and real estate investment. Mum of neurodiverse Alex and Max.
